The company is equipped with 4 vertical machining centres + 1 horizontal numerically controlled machine which is capable of carrying out any type of precision machining, such as, drilling, threading, milling, contouring and counter-boring.
We have a small tube folder used for internal production. However, we are able to equip it for third-party production requests based on customer instructions.
However, as far as metal sheet folding is concerned we have three folding machines, one is 150 tonnes and 3 metres long, the other is 250 tonnes and 3 metres long and the smallest is 40 tonnes and reaches up to 800mm in length.
In regards to metal sheet processing we also have a numerically controlled calandering machine capable of calandering 3mm thick sheets and 1500mm long and having 4 rollers it is able to calander a perfect circle without having a straight part at the beginning of the calandering which is what usually happens with a three-roller machine.
